Our history
Built through experience, detail and personal involvement.
The company was founded by Flourentzos Christodoulou and his son, Demetris Christodoulou, who studied Civil Engineering in the United States of America. From the beginning, the owners maintained personal and daily contact with their projects, with quality, detail and perfection at the centre of their approach.
After completing governmental, private and industrial projects, the company progressed from third-class building contractor certification in 1995 to second-class building contractor certification in 2011.
Today, the third generation has entered the company: the children of Demetris and grandchildren of Flourentzos Christodoulou are now part of the business, continuing the family's direct involvement while bringing a new generation into its future.
Contractor certification
The company was certified by the Board of Registration and Inspection of Contractors and Technical Works as a third-class building contractor.
Second-class contractor
Following the completion of governmental, private and industrial projects, the company was certified as a second-class building contractor.
Three generations, one standard
The third generation of the family — the children of Demetris and grandchildren of Flourentzos Christodoulou — has now joined the company, continuing its hands-on family tradition and focus on quality, detail and lasting relationships.
